Yesterday, the CBO released its cost estimate for the House health care bill. They estimated a 10 year cost of $940 billion and deficit reduction of $138 billion. With the release of the health care substitute bill, House Rules Cmte. members will meet to discuss rules for the floor debate, which will likely followed by a Sunday vote in the House.
